JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Sept. 10, 2007) – ShipXpress, a leading
provider of web-based rail logistics software and services, announced
today the launch of its new web site and company logo. The web site
can be found at www.shipxpress.com.
ShipXpress initiated a rebranding campaign after acquiring RailSync™,
a transportation management system for shortline and regional
railroads, from Railinc earlier this year. The debut of the new web site
and logo coincides with the successful transition of all RailSync
applications and customer data to the ShipXpress-supported platform.
RailSync complements ShipXpress’ signature ShipX™ suite of railfocused
logistics applications which includes fleet management, freight
rate management, detention, repairs, accounting and auditing services
for industrial shippers, receivers and railcar owners. ShipX is used by
many Fortune 500 companies in the chemical, agriculture, and forest
products industries.
